MS Excel Formula Error "Character is Equal(=) or minus(-) sign

 MS Excel Formula Error "Character is Equal(=) or minus(-) sign

This issue happen due to the difference between you keyboard and location (Region).

Like currently we are in Netherlands and we are trying to do vlookup in excel. But we are getting error anyways..

So, to identify the problem we just try this in excel

=12,000/1000 = 0,012

So to overcome this problem try to have close look in option of vlookup as shown below.

Here we have to us ";" instead of "," because of Region or location.

So, by this way you can resolve the issue. Hope this will help you.
